Terms/Conditions

There is no minimum on orders.  You can place as small an order as 5 or up to as many as you need.  Please make sure that you order enough to save on shipping costs and save one for yourself.

Once you place your order, please email us the following:

• High quality photo(s). If you are not sure which to use, send us a few and we will determine the best for your layout.
• Information to go on the card

We offer photo enhancements if you’d like. Black/white, sepia or spot colors (black/white with pink blanket, etc.). Once we receive all of your information, we will lay it out for you and you’ll receive a digital proof within 24 hours. Once accepted, we will send it for printing and they will ship within 24-36 hours (holidays and weekends being the exception).

Photo requirements

• Please send us the highest resolution picture you have. You can set your camera on the highest resolution and cameras with a 3megapixel or higher are generally better.
• Please DO NOT crop or alter your photos before sending them to use. We will do that for you.
• If you can not decide on which photo to send, send a few and we will determine which photo best fits the design.
• Photos should not be blurry. We can fix most photos but blurry ones we can not.

These photo cards are printed at a professional printer. They are not printed on an “at-home” desk top printer. We only want the best for you. You want something that will last forever.

Policies

• We only want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will gladly refund you, minus shipping charges and a 25% administrative fee.
• By sending us your photo, you are agreeing that 1) you are the parent or legal guardian of the child (if minor), 2) You were the photographer for the photo. We will not infringe on any professional photographer, so therefore we will not accept profession photos unless you have written authorization that we can reproduce.
• Please understand that we try our best to meet the time frames that we have stated. If for some reason, we are running behind, you will be notified immediately upon ordering.
• We will work with you from start to finish. We love what we do here and we only want you to be completely happy with your order. Please contact us to resolve any issues.

Payment

• We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. Personal checks are ONLY accept through PayPal. No money orders or cashiers checks, sorry.
• You will receive a proof within 24 hours of us receiving payment and photos. Your order will be processed and shipped promptly afterwards.

Shipping

• Shipping is $4.95 up to 25 cards (US) Canadian shipping is $9.95 (Canadian shipping will only be shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Shipping is only in the lower 48 states. No APO, international shipping.
